Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship from Massachusetts using USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order

When your package ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

If you haven’t received your tracking email after a few days, feel free to reach out to us at support@melodecks.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. Please contact your local USPS office for assistance if your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Mistyped your shipping address? Please email us at support@melodecks.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it before your package ships. Once an order is processed and shipped, we’re unable to cancel, refund, or reship it if the address was entered incorrectly. You may try contacting your local post office to forward the shipment to your correct address.
