What age is it for?
Mission Decks are ideal for children ages 3–9 who enjoy story and imaginative play.

Do I need to follow a specific piano method to use the cards?
Not at all! The Mission Deck is compatible with any teaching method, style, or curriculum. Use it to enrich whatever your child is already learning.

Can parents use the deck without a teacher?
Yes! The prompts are designed to be simple and engaging for both teachers and parents. No musical background is needed—just a willingness to play along and encourage your child.

How often should we use the Mission Deck?
You can use a card every day, a few times a week, or whenever your child needs a boost in focus or motivation. Many families enjoy choosing one card at the start of each practice session.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within the United States

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within the United States.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Can I update my shipping address?
If you made a mistake in your address, please email us at support@melodecks.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, we’re unable to make changes once the order has been processed.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local USPS office for further assistance.
